| What is Powder Coating? | Powder Coating or electrostatic coating is a process where paint powder is applied through a special gun that electrically charges the paint powder. The paint powder electrically clings to the part to be painted. Then the part is baked at 400 degrees for about a half hour. The powder paint melts to the part creating a strong bond and very hard paint surface. |
